Dr. Koutsky earned his medical degree from the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago. After medical school, he completed a General Surgery Internship at Cook County Hospital through the University of Illinois, and he went on to pursue his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Illinois. Following his residency, Dr. Koutsky earned a Spine Trauma Fellowship at Northwestern University.
